PARK CITY, Utah — Nordstrom Rack is confirmed to open at Junction Commons, offering 25,000 square feet of retail space, with plans for completion set for late 2026. This announcement highlights the ongoing transformation of Junction Commons, previously known as Outlets Park City, which has been undergoing a major renovation since its rebranding in June 2024. The shopping center is rapidly attracting new tenants, including fitness studios, local eateries, and a mix of luxury and value retailers. Abby Phillips, the marketing and specialty leasing manager for the center, emphasized that Nordstrom Rack's entry is significant for the development, as it provides affordable fashion options for families and aligns with the community's values. Nordstrom Rack is known for offering designer items at discounted prices, including apparel, seasonal outerwear, beauty products, accessories, and home goods, with discounts of up to 70% off regular retail prices. The leasing efforts were led by Singerman Real Estate and Ignite Retail Partners, and to accommodate the new store, existing tenants Columbia Factory Store and Bullfrog Spas will be relocating within the center. The addition of Nordstrom Rack comes as excitement builds in the area, with recent openings such as BODYROK, a new fitness studio, and Park City Nail Lounge. Other newcomers include Just Cozy, Savannah’s Unique Boutique, and various dining options like Dos Hermanos Paraguayan eatery and Shake Shack, which is set to open in early 2026. Additionally, several stores in the shopping center are undergoing renovations, including Carters, which has moved to a new location, and Sun & Ski Sports. The popular pet rescue Nuzzles & Co. is also expanding within the Junction Commons. American Eagle will be growing its footprint with its sister store Aerie, which is expected to open in 2026. Phillips indicated that more announcements are forthcoming for 2026, signaling continued growth and development at Junction Commons.
