Will Davis, a local resident who was en route to work, was one of the first individuals to arrive at the scene. His description of the chaotic moment reveals the urgency of the situation. "I saw debris on the road and looked over, and there was a truck kind of facing the wrong way off the road," Davis recounted. By the time we got over there, I looked back, and the flames were starting to come out from under the dash," Davis recalled.
