PCARA has launched a Mountain Mixer cocktail recipe book celebrating local bartenders and their creations.

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) has unveiled a limited-edition Mountain Mixer cocktail recipe book. This publication honors the talented bartenders, local businesses, and the recipes that were showcased during the recent Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest held this summer.
The 2025 Mountain Mixer Recipe Book is available for purchase at parkcityrestaurants.com and highlights the creativity of Park City mixologists who participated in this year's cocktail competition. It serves as both a keepsake and a practical resource, enabling readers to recreate award-winning cocktails while learning about the mixologists behind the bar.
Ginger Wicks, the executive director of PCARA, expressed excitement about the book's release, stating that it celebrates local mixologists and offers readers the opportunity to craft award-winning recipes in their own kitchens. The book also fosters conversations with participating bartenders and promotes an appreciation for the talent within the Park City community.
In addition to featuring recipes, the Mountain Mixer recipe book delves into Park City’s cocktail history and celebrates the innovation and creativity of local mixologists who have contributed to the vibrant bar scene. It includes a recap of the 2025 Mountain Mixer Cocktail Contest, which concluded with a stage presentation in front of judges and a local audience.
Pages within the book highlight the top winners, finalists, and notable entries, as well as the locally crafted spirits that played a role in this year's cocktails.
