PARK CITY, Utah — Deer Valley Resort has launched Chute Eleven, a luxury apres-ski venue that opens on Friday, December 26. This venue provides visitors with an alternative way to enjoy the winter season, whether they choose to ski or not.
Chute Eleven is situated outside the Empire Lodge in Empire Canyon at 9200 Marsac Avenue. The venue features an elegant champagne yurt that offers a seasonally curated menu, emphasizing fresh seafood and gourmet selections. Guests can indulge in signature items such as fresh oysters, various caviar options, and a unique lobster and caviar grilled cheese sandwich, all complemented by craft cocktails.
Chute Eleven will be operational daily from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., with local DJs scheduled to perform throughout the holiday season. Starting January 17, the venue will host the Slopeside Sets concert series, which requires tickets and will showcase world-class DJ talent including Parallelle, Chromeo, Wuki, and more during the months of January, February, and March.
Access to Chute Eleven can be achieved through Park City Transit, Uber, Lyft, or other ride services, as there is currently no direct ski access to the venue. Guests using public transportation or rideshare services are advised to plan their arrival accordingly.
